The Helen DeVos Children’s Hospital Karl and Patricia Betz Congenital Heart Center-Lansing Pediatric Multispecialty Center is seeking BC/BE Pediatric Cardiologist for outpatient-focused role with some inpatient coverage at local community hospitals.
Position based in Lansing with outreach clinics twice per month (within 1-hour drive of Lansing).
Primary responsibility: Outpatient pediatric cardiology in Lansing and outreach clinics.
Some inpatient consultative coverage in local community hospitals.
Required participation in the call rotation schedule.
Passion for reading cardiac echocardiograms; echo's performed by experienced pediatric sonographers. Fetal cardiology and ACHD experiences preferred but not required. Research not required.
MD/DO, BC/BE in Pediatric Cardiology. Michigan medical license. BLS, PALS, ACLS (if stress tests performed). Must be an MD/DO with Board Certification or Eligibility in Pediatric Cardiology and a valid Michigan medical license. Required certifications include BLS, PALS, and ACLS if performing stress tests.
