A well-established and busy outpatient Internal Medicine practice located at 4069 Lake Drive SE in Grand Rapids, Michigan is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Internal Medicine Physician to join a highly collaborative and patient-focused team. This vibrant practice cares for adult patients across the continuum and offers a strong, team-based care model. The current group includes 5 physicians and 4 advanced practice providers, supported by integrated resources such as Behavioral Health, Pharmacists, and Care Managers—allowing you to focus on delivering high-quality, comprehensive care.
