Document care activities using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems accurately and promptly.
Prior experience in assisted living, nursing homes, or home & community care settings is highly preferred. Knowledge of dementia care, Alzheimer’s care, memory care, and behavior management techniques. Ability to perform vital sign measurements and medication administration competently. Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or disabilities requiring personal support. Certification or training in first aid is advantageous; willingness to obtain necessary certifications if not already held. Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are preferred for community outings or errands.
