Radiology Technologist Flex
Perform accurate and efficient diagnostic exams in all areas of general radiology across multiple hospital sites. Ensure the highest quality images for interpretation while adhering to radiation protection principles and patient-centered care.
32 hour minimum per 4 weeks, 32 weekend hours per quarter (3months) Scope of Work The Radiology Technologist Flex A agrees to float within assigned hospitals throughout Corewell Health East (Dearborn, Taylor, Trenton, Wayne).
This position is scheduled and reports to the Corewell Health East Flex Office located at the Beaumont Service Center.
Under supervision and according to established policies and procedures, performs accurate and efficient diagnostic exams in all areas of general radiology.
Technologists must demonstrate good clinical skills and provide the best possible images for interpretation.
Applies principles of radiation protection and complies with regulations.
Assumes responsibility for designated area and provides clinical instruction as appropriate.

Required Graduate of Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT) Accredited Radiography program. Required Must be registered by American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) within 6 months of hire date. 1 year of relevant experience Training gained at student level accepted. Required CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA American Heart Association Upon Hire required Or CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - ARC American Red Cross Upon Hire required CRT-Radiologic Technologist Registration - ARRT American Registry of Radiologic Technologist 180 Days required
Must be a graduate of a JRCERT accredited radiography program and ARRT registered within six months of hire. Requires BLS certification and at least one year of relevant experience, including student-level training.
