High School Diploma or GED preferred (Requirement may vary by state) Minimum of 2 years providing care to elderly and/or disabled individuals in a home or healthcare setting Certified Nursing Assistant CNA certification preferred Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused Strong communication skills and professional demeanor Organized, flexible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment Reliable personal transportation required Ability to lift at least 50 lbs, ability to sit, stand, bend, and move intermittently Capable of working in a mentally demanding, high-stress environment You will report to the Staffing Manager.
