About the role

The Pharmacy Technician supports pharmacy workflow activities and foundational dispensing. They are responsible for compounding both hazardous and non-hazardous sterile products.

Position Summary

Pharmacy Technicians are a foundation of the pharmacy department and drive many of the workflow activities. The expectations are to support the mission, vision, and core values of ECU Health and the pharmacy department by providing not only foundational dispensing activities but also compounding hazardous and/or non-hazardous sterile products. Minimum Requirements Must have High School Diploma, GED, or higher or be enrolled in a program that leads towards a diploma or equivalent
