Pharmacy Technicians support pharmacy workflow activities and foundational dispensing. They are specifically responsible for compounding both hazardous and non-hazardous sterile products.
Pharmacy Technicians are a foundation of the pharmacy department and drive many of the workflow activities. The expectations are to support the mission, vision, and core values of ECU Health and the pharmacy department by providing not only foundational dispensing activities but also compounding hazardous and/or non-hazardous sterile products.
