Supportive and collaborative work environment Meaningful work with the opportunity to change lives every day Competitive compensation plus a $5,000 sign-on bonus Tuition reimbursement for full-time staff Free continuing education opportunities for all employees Career advancement and growth opportunities Comprehensive benefits including: Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with employer match Paid time off & paid holidays Family and pet bereavement leave Pet insurance What You’ll Do Promote Elara Caring’s mission, philosophy, and policies to ensure exceptional patient care Provide direct patient care, including evaluations, treatment planning, and outcome assessments Design and implement individualized plans of care tailored to each patient’s needs Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal outcomes Direct and support therapy assistants and staff to achieve patient goals Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including evaluations, treatment plans, and physician orders Serve as a clinical resource and promote physical therapy within the community Work in a physically demanding, fast-paced home-care environment Perform lifting, transferring, and positioning of patients as required May work irregular hours or participate in call rotation, if applicable What We’re Looking For Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program Current, unrestricted Physical Therapist license in the state of practice Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a healthcare setting Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% within the assigned coverage area Dependable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance Ability to lift, push, pull, and support up to 50 pounds You will report to the Branch Director, Clinical Manager, Clinical Supervisor, or designee. Requirements

Candidates must be graduates of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program and hold a current, unrestricted Physical Therapist license. A minimum of one year of experience in a healthcare setting is required, along with the ability to travel up to 50% within the assigned coverage area.
