  • Some highlights of this opportunity include: Oncology Physician Assistant’s and Nurse Practitioners provide value-based care in an ambulatory setting, and will be involved in triage and the spectrum of outpatient management including, but not limited to the following: Benign hematology visits, sick/urgent visits, chemotherapy education/teach visits, bone marrow aspirations, overseeing infusion follow up appointments, and ongoing survivorship care.

Schedule

Qualifications

· Eligibility to be licensed in Connecticut as a Physician Assistant (PA), or Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN), is required. · Eligibility to be certified as a Physician Assistant (PA), or National Board Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), Adult Nurse Practitioner (ANP), or Adult Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (AGPCNP) is required. · Chemotherapy Biotherapy provider card · Oncology experience as a PA, NP, or RN is preferred.

Requirements

Must be eligible for licensure in Connecticut as a PA or APRN and hold a relevant national board certification. A Chemotherapy Biotherapy provider card is required, and oncology experience is preferred.
