Market context

Interventional radiology roles stay specialized

In Louisiana, interventional radiology scrub tech openings are typically driven by hospital and outpatient procedural volume, so demand can be steady in larger health systems and specialty centers. These roles are competitive because employers often look for strong sterile technique, procedure-room experience, and credentials such as BLS, with ACLS and RCIS preferred for added readiness.
