This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Advanced Practice Provider to combine independent clinical practice with meaningful program development.

As the first full-time APP dedicated to Mobile Care, you will play a critical role in both patient care and the continued growth of this emerging program.
Working within a mobile unit that travels to community sites across a 40-mile radius, your day-to-day experience will be dynamic, patient-focused, and highly impactful.
This role is ideal for an experienced NP or PA who thrives in independent practice, values flexibility, and is energized by the opportunity to deliver care in innovative ways.
Due to the highly independent nature of this position, candidates with an Autonomous Licensure are highly preferred.
