Performing comprehensive assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations, and patient history.
Administering medications, IV fluids, and treatments as prescribed, with proper monitoring and documentation.
Developing and implementing individualized care plans, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to meet patient needs.
Providing patient education and discharge planning to promote self-management and adherence to treatment plans.
Effectively communicating with physicians, other healthcare providers, and patients/families, ensuring smooth and coordinated care.
