Michigan City Woodland Medical Center 8865 W 400 N Michigan City, Indiana 46360 WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Franciscan Physician Network is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner Gastroenterologist to join a busy, established practice at FPN Woodland Health Center located in Michigan City, Indiana.
Interested candidate will provide services for Gastroenterology patients in conjunction with a large group that combines primary and specialty physician offices.
WHAT WE NEED: Ideal candidate will have past or present gastroenterology experience, strong focus on clinical excellence, and patient satisfaction.
Candidate will display exceptional interpersonal skills and desire to develop strong ties with the community and existing medical staff.
Provider will need to work collaboratively with physician to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT: Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
No call expectation Average outpatient volume: 20 - 25 patients per day Telehealth visits offered Outreach locations – office hours in Michigan City and Valparaiso.
