The Nurse Practitioner will provide primary care services at the Franciscan Wheatfield Health Center and occasionally at the Franciscan Brook Health Center. They will treat patients of all ages and work collaboratively to deliver high-quality patient care.

This provider would join a growing, thriving practice that provides a collegial environment and strong mentorship opportunities.

Candidate will display exceptional interpersonal skills and a desire to develop strong ties with the community and build long-lasting relationships with patients.
Physician will need to work collaboratively to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT: Practice Hours: Monday – Thursday, 7:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Traditional PRN schedule Average outpatient volume: 18 - 20 patients per day Will treat patients of all ages Telehealth offered Common Diagnoses: Child and adult wellness visits Back pain Endocrinology issues Hypertension Heart failure

Candidates must have a Master's Degree and be a certified Nurse Practitioner. Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association is also required.
