Franciscan Health Lafayette East Campus 1701 S Creasy Ln Lafayette, Indiana 47905 WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Franciscan Physician Network is seeking a full-time Board Eligible/Board Certified Oncology Hematology physician to join our team at FPN Oncology & Hematology Specialists Lafayette located in Lafayette, Indiana.

What we need

Physician will need to work collaboratively to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care.

Qualifications

Requirements

Candidates must have a Doctorate and be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Oncology Hematology. A valid Physician License and Basic Life Support certification are also required upon hire.
