  • Franciscan Physician Network is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner to meet the growing demand for primary care services at our Franciscan Physician Network Hammond Clinic located in Munster, IN. This busy, established practice currently includes four physicians and a nurse practitioner with MA support. This high performing group of providers is focused on providing patient-centric care, high quality metrics and working collaboratively with their team and surrounding resources.

Provider will need to work collaboratively to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care.

  • Average outpatient volume: 18 – 20 patients per day Dedicated MA support No call responsibility Telehealth is offered Strong mentorship opportunities and ability to collaborate Strong specialty network throughout the region

Qualifications

Requirements

Requires a Master's degree and national certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. Must hold a current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
