The Outpatient Therapist provides diagnostic assessments and psychotherapy to a diverse client population through individual, family, and group sessions. Responsibilities include developing treatment plans, providing crisis stabilization, and maintaining accurate clinical documentation.

In this role, the Outpatient Therapist will provide diagnostic assessments and individual, family, and group psychotherapy to our clients. Holcomb serves a diverse population, covering the entire age and diagnostic spectrum.
Schedule Details: Full-Time and Part-Time Available (Flexible Scheduling)
Location: Exton, PA
Program: MHOP (Mental Health Outpatient)
Pay Rate: $30+/hour Billable Rate
Master’s degree in a clinical discipline for mental health therapists. All degree(s) must be from a regionally accredited institution of higher learning.
One year of experience in the behavioral health field for mental health therapists.
Licensed Preferred (LPC, LCSW, PsyD). Co-occurring professional certification is strongly encouraged—clinical supervision leading to licensure available.
Pennsylvania Child Abuse Clearance, Criminal clearance, and Fingerprint-based federal criminal history; Verification that employee is not on any Medicaid/Medicare Exclusion list.
At the discretion of the Personnel Officer, additional related experience and/or education may be substituted instead of the requirements specified under Education and Experience
