We are hiring a Physical Therapist (PT) for a Home Health position providing skilled care to patients in their homes in the Ambler, PA area. This position is eligible for a $10,000 first year success bonus to reward the accomplishment of key achievements during your first year!

Deliver skilled, patient-centered care in a home health setting, in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team that truly supports you
Perform comprehensive patient evaluations, functional mobility assessments, and develop individualized therapy plans to improve strength, balance, and independence
Educate and empower patients and caregivers on therapeutic exercises, injury prevention, and safe mobility strategies to support recovery and confidence at home
Think critically, solve problems in real time, and ensure thorough, compliant EMR documentation
Work independently, but never alone
Travel to patient homes within assigned territory
