Answers telephone, accesses dictaphone system, order and work-up exams, contact ordering physicians as needed to clarify orders.
Maintains x-ray films and file room, requests previous folders from Radiology archives.
Distributes films and reports to respective radiology areas.
Contacts other facilities for comparison films.
Copies Radiology films and reports.
Reports any equipment malfunction.
Accepts responsibilities accurately as assigned by their supervisor.
Works independently.
