Essential duties & responsibilities
Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills to foster positive, cohesive working relationships across the ExperCARE team.
Maintain professional grooming, dress, and hygiene standards that reflect a polished image.
Protect patient privacy and confidentiality at all times.
Attend and actively participate in meetings, training sessions, and professional development.
Maintain a professional demeanor, positive attitude, and high energy with patients and colleagues.
Accurately document all patient encounters and data as required.
Remain calm and effective under pressure.

Medical duties
Obtain complete medical histories and perform physical exams.
Review and interpret patient records and data to determine diagnostic and therapeutic plans.
Establish presumptive diagnoses and order appropriate laboratory and diagnostic procedures.
Administer injections, immunizations, and medications; suture wounds; and prepare prescription orders.
Provide patient education and treatment instructions.
Recommend community resources to meet patient and family needs.
Participate in ongoing professional development and maintain required certifications.
Utilize established practice and hospital guidelines in collaboration with supervising physician(s).
Address patient concerns promptly and thoroughly, demonstrating ownership and a problem-solving mindset.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
