Dependent on level offered: Level I/Entry - No experience required. Level II - One year of experience required. Level III - More than one year of experience in multiple specialty areas of care.
Requires a high school diploma and completion of a Surgical Technology program, military medical training, or equivalent on-the-job training. Candidates must obtain BLS/HealthCare Provider certification within 30 days of hire.
