Mental Health Technician - $3,000 Sign on Bonus

Schedule

• Full- time 40 hours per week;
• Shift:
• Evenings 3 pm - 11:30pm $3000 sign on bonus for full-time

Primary responsibilities include

• Conducts patient observation and rounds according to defined policy and procedure Observes and monitors patient’s progress and reports observations to appropriate staff. Ability to develop a therapeutic relationship while maintaining professional boundaries. Assists patients with activities of daily living skills as necessary. Provide appropriate supervision of patients’ activities. • Education and/or
• Licensure: High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred. Psychology degree preferred.

Experience

• Experience in an inpatient or outpatient behavioral healthcare treatment facility is a plus. Positive attitude, integrity, and ethical awareness
• Ability to adapt to a fast pace environment
