About the role

Provide comprehensive primary care and women's health services within an integrated outpatient clinic setting. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care for acute and chronic needs.

ABOUT TIA [https://asktia.com/]

Tia is building a new model for women’s healthcare, one that treats women as whole people, not separate conditions or life stages. By integrating primary care, mental health, gynecology, and wellness across both in-person and virtual settings, Tia is improving outcomes, lowering costs, and creating a better experience for patients and providers alike.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

About the Role

We’re hiring an early-career Physician to provide gynecology-focused, whole-person outpatient care at our Studio City [https://asktia.com/locations/tia-studio-city/] clinic.

This role is ideal for a recent residency graduate who is excited to build a career in women’s health, primary care, and integrated outpatient medicine. You’ll join a supportive, team-based care model where you can strengthen your clinical foundation, grow your gynecology scope, and develop confidence as an independent physician.

You’ll provide care across preventive visits, primary care, reproductive health, gynecology follow-ups, lab reviews, care plan generation, and common problem-based visits. The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in women’s health and primary care, with interest in continuing to grow in areas such as endometriosis, PCOS, fibroids, abnormal bleeding, fertility assessment, trying-to-conceive counseling, fertility follow-up, menopause and perimenopause care, contraception, STI care, sexual health, and other gynecology follow-up needs.

Because Tia’s model treats women as whole people, this role also includes common outpatient primary care visits, including concerns such as cough, cold and flu symptoms, abdominal or digestive issues, headaches, blood pressure checks, vaccines and injections, acne, rashes or skin changes, sleep concerns, weight management, and mental health screening and follow-up within scope.

As Tia grows, this role offers meaningful exposure to a modern, integrated care model and the opportunity to develop alongside a team committed to clinical excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

  • WHY TIA
  • Built-in protected time for documentation, care coordination, and team collaboration, including dedicated weekly management time aligned across markets
  • AI-supported documentation to reduce charting burden
  • Beautiful, thoughtfully designed clinics in prime locations
  • Quarterly bonus and equity, which are not typical in many clinical roles
  • Structured support and mentorship as you transition into independent practice
  • Opportunity to build a career in gynecology-focused, whole-person outpatient care

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

What you’ll do

Provide gynecology-focused, whole-person outpatient care in Tia’s Studio City clinic.

Deliver preventive care, annual exams, primary care visits, gynecology visits, reproductive health counseling, lab review, care plan generation, and follow-up care.

Evaluate and manage common gynecologic and reproductive health concerns, including contraception counseling, STI care, vaginal, vulvar, urinary, and genital symptoms, cervical cancer screening follow-up, pregnancy confirmation, all-options pregnancy counseling, pelvic pain, cramps, abnormal bleeding, PCOS, fibroids, endometriosis, fertility assessment, trying-to-conceive counseling, fertility follow-up, and gynecology follow-up visits.

Provide whole-person primary care for common outpatient concerns, including cough, cold and flu symptoms, abdominal or digestive issues, headaches, blood pressure checks, ear and eye issues, vaccines and injections, acne, rashes, skin changes, sleep disturbances, and weight management visits.

Conduct mental health screenings and follow-up within scope, including anxiety, depression, mood, stress, and sleep-related concerns.

Support patients through menopause and perimenopause assessment and follow-up, sexual wellness concerns, and other women’s health needs.

Partner closely with physicians, APPs, RNs, behavioral health providers, clinic operations, and clinical leadership to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care.

Use technology, data, and clinical protocols to support evidence-based care, efficient documentation, and high-quality patient outcomes.

Actively engage in mentorship, training, case review, and feedback to build confidence and expand your clinical scope over time.
