Market context

Certified surgical tech roles stay competitive

In Massachusetts, certified surgical technician roles are typically in steady demand because hospitals need dependable OR support across scheduled and urgent procedures. These openings are competitive because employers often want CST certification, limited OR experience, and specific training or healthcare background, while benefits such as sign-on bonuses, differentials, and advancement opportunities can influence applicant interest. Review the AI-summarized requirements and benefits here to save time, then confirm your CST status and OR experience before applying.
