Scheduler (Scheduler) Locations: Baton Rouge, LA - Hybrid with Training onsite – approx.

About the Scheduler role The individual who fills this position will be responsible for scheduling appointments for initial, reassessment, and status changes for recipients and applicants.
Once the appointments are scheduled an appointment packet will be create, save, and mailed to the recipient Must make phone calls find substitution appointments for assessors and to reschedule appointments.
Work side by side with CAS team for scheduling efficiency.
The best candidate for this role will be someone who can multi-task through multiple windows and has experience working tight deadlines.

In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive.
