Market context
Pennsylvania healthcare employers commonly seek certified surgical technicians for labor and delivery settings, especially where night coverage and team-based OR support are needed. These roles can be competitive because certification, physical stamina, and comfort with fast-paced procedures all matter, and part-time night schedules may narrow availability. Review the AI-summarized requirements and benefits here to save time, then confirm your certification path and prepare to discuss your ability to stand for long periods and handle heavy equipment.
