Help Facilitate Internal Aurora Transfers telephonically
Help Facilitate Non-Aurora Transfers telephonically, assessing documentation, MD triage, taking and entering orders
Will perform Tele Intake (telephonic or Video) assessments for patients in the ER that have a Behavioral Health Consult. Triage with appropriate on Call MD, along with taking and entering orders.
Take Triage calls telephonically for patients looking for inpatient to see if medical clearance is needed prior to the patient arriving to the hospital for an assessment.
On occasion preforming assessments for outpatient programs and triaging that assessment with the MD for recommended level of are and scheduling the patient for program
