$16.25-19.00 Based on experience, plus mileage
Focus Behavioral Health is seeking compassionate, dependable, and motivated individuals to join our team as Direct Support Professionals (DSPs). DSPs provide direct support to individuals with Autism and Intellectual & Developmental Disabilities, helping them develop skills, increase independence, and actively participate in their communities.

Students pursuing degrees in psychology, social work, education, nursing, healthcare, or related fields are encouraged to apply, as this position offers flexible scheduling, paid training, and valuable real-world experience.
Support individuals with building skills such as household chores, meal preparation, independence, and community involvement
Responsible for all duties related to direct-care and Activities of Daily Life, including Health & Safety of the individual.
Help individuals work toward personal goals and reach their full potential.
Build positive and professional relationships while promoting dignity, respect, and self-determination.
