Are you a compassionate Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) looking for a rewarding career with flexibility, independence, and a supportive team? Visiting Rehab and Nursing Services (VRNS) is now hiring a Full-Time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide exceptional home healthcare throughout the Newton area.

What You'll Do

As a Home Care Speech Language Pathologist (SLP), you'll provide individualized, evidence-based care in patients' homes, including:

Evaluating patients’ speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing abilities Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans Providing therapy for communication disorders and dysphagia management Conducting cognitive and functional communication training Educating patients and caregivers on strategies to improve communication and safety Collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams Completing accurate, timely electronic documentation

Requirements

Need to have:

  • Current Massachusetts Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license
  • Minimum of one (1) year of clinical experience
  • Afternoon availability

  • Monday–Friday availability
