Travel Registered Nurse- Home Health (Days) Mobile Health Team Inc. is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse- Home Health for a 16-week travel assignment in Barre, VT. Contract Details DAYS: Tuesday to Saturday Start Date: 7/27/2026 Contract: 16 Weeks Location: Barre, VT 05641 Hourly Pay: $ 37.50 Non-taxed Stipend: $ 1246.00 Weekly Total Pay: $ 2371.00 EMR Used: Homecare Homebase HCHB This position is responsible for providing individualized goal-oriented nursing care using the nursing process in accordance with a physician’s order. In addition, this position serves as Case Manager in cases in which this position is the lead discipline. Key Responsibilities: Assess patient needs and develop care plans to meet those needs Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Provide ongoing evaluation of patient's condition and progress Communicate with interdisciplinary team to ensure coordination of care Educate patients and families on proper self-care and disease management Comply with all regulations and standards set by regulatory agencies Compensation: Weekly Pay (hourly) + Non-taxed Stipend (if eligible) Pay package details provided upon offer
Minimum Requirements: Must have 1 year of Home Health RN experience Must have current Basic Life Support (BLS/BCLS) certification Excellent communication skills. Ability to work independently. Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask Willingness to participate in continuing education and training programs Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently Strong communication, professionalism, and reliability Compliance/Screening (Pre-Start): Drug screen and background check (facility required) Additional facility onboarding forms as assigned
