About the role

  • Overview Registered Nurse (RN) – Full Time - Night Shift Pay $30-40/hr **A sign-on bonus of $5,000 is available for qualified candidates.*
  • We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team. In this role, you will provide high-quality nursing care that supports patients’ recovery and promotes long-term wellness. You’ll play a vital role in educating patients and their families on health maintenance, disease prevention, and treatment plans. The ideal candidate is a responsible, well-trained professional with strong clinical skills and a commitment to excellence in patient care. You must be able to work independently while maintaining effective collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. Key Responsibilities: Assess and monitor patients’ conditions to deliver personalized and effective care Observe and interpret symptoms, reporting changes to the medical team promptly Collaborate with physicians and fellow nurses to create and implement care plans Perform routine nursing tasks (e.g., blood pressure checks, injections, chart documentation) Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic care environment (e.g., sanitize equipment, prep patient areas) Respond swiftly and effectively to medical emergencies Supervise and mentor LPNs and nursing assistants as needed Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families Stay current on best practices by attending workshops, seminars, and continuing education Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Requirements

Qualifications & Skills: Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN or associate degree) Proven nursing experience in a clinical setting Current BLS certification (required) ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications required within one year of employment Excellent understanding of medical protocols and emergency care procedures Knowledge of sanitation, decontamination, and infection control practices Strong communication and interpersonal skills; team-oriented Highly organized, with exceptional multitasking and problem-solving abilities Patient, compassionate, and committed to continuous professional growth EOE
