Assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, nail/skin care, oral hygiene Mobility support including transfers, ambulation, positioning, and range of motion exercises Toileting and incontinence care (bedpan, commode, urinal support) Meal planning, preparation, and feeding assistance Emotional support through companionship, conversation, and engagement Safe use of assistive devices (walker, cane, crutches, etc.) Maintaining accurate and timely documentation Following all agency policies, infection control, and safety procedures Household Support
Light housekeeping (cleaning, vacuuming, dusting, bathroom and kitchen care) Client laundry only Grocery shopping and basic errands Other supportive tasks as mutually agreed with client and agency

Passion for helping others and improving lives High school diploma or GED Prior caregiver experience (home care or facility setting) Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (required) CNA certification is a plus CPR certification Negative TB test or chest X-ray Must be 18 years or older Ability to meet physical demands of caregiving Familiarity with Hoyer lifts is preferred, but willingness to be trained is absolutely welcome
