Develop and implement individual habilitation plans and provide therapeutic rehabilitative skill development for adults with serious mental illness. Coordinate mental and physical health services while providing crisis intervention and support for community integration.
Part Time; Varying Shifts. 7am-3pm or 3pm-11pm. Retention bonus offered biannually at $9.60 per shift. QualificationsBachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in a helping profession, such as social work, human services, counseling, psychiatric rehabilitation, psychology, or criminal justice. Bachelor’s Degree in a field other than a helping profession must have a minimum of two years of professional experience in a community behavioral healthcare setting.
