Provide quality care and assist physicians with interventional radiology, vascular, and neurosurgery procedures. Senior roles also involve guiding department growth, training technologists, and managing operational processes like supply oversight and safety inspections.

We are pleased to announce the introduction of neurosurgery interventions aimed at enhancing stroke response and thrombectomy procedures.

This is a combined posting for a Radiology Interventional Technologist and Senior Radiology Interventional Technologist.

Provides quality care to patients.

Assists with Interventional Radiology procedures proficiently with various physician types, Interventional Radiologists, Vascular Surgeons, Neurosurgeons) to achieve desired outcomes.

Participates in the growth and development of the DI department and contributes ideas.

Brings ideas of improvement to the attention of Management.

Plans, coordinates, and ensures quality care is provided to patients in the Interventional Radiology (IR) Department.

Assists Interventional Radiologists, Vascular Surgeons, Neurosurgeons and Diagnostic Imaging RNs to achieve desired outcomes in IR.

Provides guidance and participates in the development and growth of the IR department.

Contributes to the development and training of IR Technologists.

Contributes to operational processes in IR which include but not limited to patient schedule management, IR supply oversight, environment of care, Department of Health, Joint Commission inspections, Radiation Safety, Dosimetry, and policy development. #Social300 Radiology Interventional Technologist Required Qualifications: Two years community college/vocational training in a certified radiological technologist training program.

Preferred Qualifications

Healthcare related Bachelors Degree. ARRT Credentials in Vascular Interventional Radiography 1 year experience to include the equivalent of previous special procedures and/or cardiac catheterization experience with responsibilities for assisting on Angiographic and other high risk procedures. Requirements

Requires a certified radiological technologist training program and active Washington state licensure, ARRT radiography certification, and BLS certification. Experience requirements range from 1 to 3 years in special procedures or cardiac catheterization depending on the role level.
