This position is responsible for MRI technologist duties at PSPH.
Responsibilities include performing MRI procedures, (setting up, scanning and filming).
The position also is responsible for communication with radiologists and other physicians, patients and their families, and other persons.
Additional responsibilities include performing contrast injections, performing quality control and reporting tasks, maintaining day-to-day schedules, and assisting radiologist.
Operates and maintains MR, and auxiliary equipment.

Requires a degree from an accredited Radiological technologist program and current Washington Radiologic Technologist and BLS certifications. Candidates must be ARRT registered in Radiography and obtain MRI certification within one year of hire.
