The Physical Therapist coordinates and delivers restorative and rehabilitative services to maximize participant independence and safety. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing care plans within an interdisciplinary team, and supervising therapy assistants.

At WelbeHealth each participant of our program is guided by our interdisciplinary team (IDT) - composed of clinical and non-clinical members who work cohesively to provide quality patient-centered care.
The Physical Therapist is a key member of the IDT, focusing on care planning and the coordination and delivery of restorative and rehabilitative physical therapy services to participants, working to maximize independence and safety.
Conduct Physical Therapy assessments in our facility and occasionally in the home to define participant care needs, preferences, and goals
Actively participate in IDT meetings to develop participant care plans
Deliver and document interventions as agreed upon in participant care plans
Provide active and passive exercise, muscle re-education, gait, functional training of ADLs, and treatments including massage, heat, sound, water, light, or electricity
Supervise Therapy Assistants, providing training, instruction, and guidance needed to implement Functional Maintenance Programs (FMP)
Provide training and instruction to staff, participants, and caregivers/families on the use and care of therapeutic equipment

Compensation consists of base salary plus bonus. WelbeHealth offers a competitive total rewards package that includes a 401(k) match, comprehensive healthcare coverage, and a broad range of additional benefits. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience and relevant qualifications.
