Rebound Surgery Center is seeking a full-time, 40 hours per week Operating Room Nurse (RN) to join our dedicated surgical care team. As a key member of our perioperative department, you’ll play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care, supporting surgical excellence, and ensuring a safe, efficient operating environment. What You Will Do

Provides direct patient care to surgical patients in the ambulatory surgical setting. The OR RN is accountable for the patient outcomes resulting from the nursing care provided during the surgical or invasive procedures. Provides nursing care of patients of all ages using the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation. Registered Nurses apply knowledge drawn from broad, in-depth education in the social and physical sciences in assessing, planning, ordering, giving, delegating, teaching, and providing nursing care which promotes the patient's optimum health and safety. A wide range of general nursing skill is required. In addition, development of special knowledge and skills appropriate to the specific position is necessary.

Provide perioperative nursing care to patients undergoing surgical procedures in both the scrub and circulating roles.

Utilize the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate the plan of care for patients served

Collaborates with all members of the health care team with a focus on promoting evidenced based care within a healing culture for the patient population served and their families.

What You Will Need

Associate or Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing preferred, but not required.

Washington State RN License.

American Heart Association (AHA) accredited BLS required.

American Heart Association (AHA) accredited ACLS required.

1- 2 years surgical circulating experience required.

1 to 3 years of experience in Ambulatory Surgery Center desired.

Scrub experience desired but not required.

Requirements

Requires a Washington State RN License and AHA-accredited BLS and ACLS certifications. Candidates must have 1-2 years of surgical circulating experience, with a preference for a degree in nursing.
