We're seeking an experienced Behavioral Health Technician - Primary Mental Health to provide direct patient care in our detox and residential treatment programs. If you're passionate about making a meaningful impact and thrive in a collaborative environment, we'd love to meet you.
High school diploma or GED required.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Valid California driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
DOJ/FBI fingerprint clearance, TB clearance, CPR/First Aid certification, and California Food Handler Card (if applicable).
Current or in-progress RTSS certification (or equivalent), or qualifying behavioral health residential experience.
Knowledge of HIPAA and trauma-informed care principles.
Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to use electronic health record (EHR) systems and work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Ability to remain calm, professional, and responsive in crisis situations.
