Provides distributive pharmacy services, assistance and support for the registered pharmacist. Essential Functions Refills and maintains automated dispensing systems. Fills medication carts on a daily basis. Prepares orders and maintains inventory for the pharmacy department. Repackages bulk medications.
and requirements: Education: High school diploma or equivalent Required Licenses: Registered with the Board of Pharmacy in good standing and PTCB Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) or Pharmacy Intern Certifications: N/A Required Skills Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
