Responsibilities

Provide personalized physical therapy under the direction of a Physical Therapist to help patients improve mobility, strength, balance and functional independence Implement patient-centered treatment plans designed to support recovery, safety, pain management, and long-term rehabilitation goals Deliver hands-on therapy interventions that enhance movement, endurance and overall quality of life for adult and geriatric patients Partner with interdisciplinary teams, caregivers, and nursing staff to support strong patient outcomes and continuity of care Maintain accurate clinical documentation, monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans based on individual rehabilitation needs

Qualifications
