The Physical Therapist is responsible for assessing patients to develop and implement personalized rehabilitation programs. They provide hands-on therapy and educate patients and caregivers on pain management and injury prevention.

Starting Pay: $60 / hour

Candidates must be graduates of an accredited Physical Therapy program with a bachelor's degree and a current Colorado Physical Therapist license. Strong knowledge of state, federal, and local Home Health care regulations is required.
