This Advanced Practice Provider opportunity is located at our Community Heart and Vascular Hospital on our north campus.
Highlights Community Physician Network is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to work alongside our General Cardiology team at Community Heart and Vascular Hospital located in Indianapolis, IN.
Full-time, days Weekend/call rotation is required.
Frequency of each will be determined by the practice.
