Full-Time OTR

Premier Therapy is hiring a Full-Time OTR in Georgetown, OH to help residents in skilled nursing settings rebuild independence and improve daily function. In this role, you’ll evaluate needs, create individualized treatment plans, deliver evidence-based interventions, and document outcomes clearly and on time. You’ll collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team and communicate progress with residents and families.

Qualifications

• Current Occupational Therapist license (or eligibility) in the practicing state
• Graduate of an accredited OT program
• Strong clinical judgment, documentation skills, and patient-centered communication
• Experience in skilled nursing or geriatric care preferred
