Communicates questions, concerns, and/or discrepancies related to medication administration to the Resident Care Director (RCD). Communicates any significant change of mental or physical status of resident to RCD. Documents supervision of self-administration in MAR. Aministers medications according to MAR. Documents/ notifies RCD of administration of prn meds. Responsible for documentation on prn meds and affect. Recognizes and can assist in the prevention of elder abuse, neglect, and exploitation.
