We are looking for compassionate nurses with a passion for service, family values, and a true desire to help the elderly. Travel to assigned patient’s homes and manage their care plan according to physician’s instructions. Assess and chart observations of the patient’s condition at each visit. Complete evaluation tasks, including reviewing medication and vital signs. Dress or redress wounds and assess the healing progress. Educating caregivers and family on the aftercare or ongoing care of the patient. Keep the patient comfortable through palliative care. Recommend tools or devices that may improve the quality of life for the patient.
Requirements and Qualifications Active license and certification Active CPR/BLS Certification A valid driver’s license and reliable transport Strong candidates have a minimum of 1 year of experience working in the home care industry (or related industry – hospice, home health, hospital, etc.) 1 Year of Practicing Nursing
