Your Role Assist doctors during pediatric dental and orthodontic procedures Help create a calm, friendly, and engaging experience for children Prepare treatment rooms and maintain proper sterilization protocols Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene and post-treatment care Accurately document clinical notes and follow practice protocols Support patient flow to keep the day running smoothly
Dental assisting experience required Strong communication skills and a positive, patient-focused attitude Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Calm, friendly demeanor with children of all ages & all abilities Preferred (but not required): Previous pediatric & ortho experience preferred Coronal polishing certification Sealant certification Nitrous oxide monitoring certification
