The Resident Assistant is responsible for providing hands-on care, both physical and emotional, as outlined in each resident’s service agreement. Responsible for effectively communicating with residents, families, and notifying the case manager of any changes in condition or concerns. The Resident Assistant assists in the dining room and participating in activities and outings.
Preferred candidates have six months of experience in long-term care or assisted living. Certification as a Nursing Assistant, Home Health Aid, or CNA is preferred.
