Graduate of an accredited Nursing program Active and unencumbered California Board of Registered Nursing RN License Active BLS Certification (AHA only) Active ACLS Certification Required in Peds, PICU, PACU, Peds Pre-Op, Peds OR Active PALS Certification Required in Peds, Med/Surg, PICU, PACU, Peds Pre-Op, Peds OR Hep B Series or Titer or Declination MMR Series or Titer Negative TB within last 12 months Tdap Vaccine within last 10 years or Titer Varicella Series or Titer Physical within last 12 months
