How you’ll contribute
Follows standardized procedures and prepares patient samples for testing.
Collects and analyzes bodily fluids and substances for abnormalities, including blood samples for transfusions.
Operates laboratory equipment safely and effectively.
Analyzes test results for accuracy, acceptability, and critical limits; reports and documents findings according to organizational standards.
Performs automated testing using computerized instruments and equipment.

A bachelor's degree in science is preferred for this position. Licensure through ASCP or AMT is also preferred to meet education and professional requirements.
