Perform transthoracic and stress echocardiograms while following established protocols and maintaining ultrasound equipment. Communicate findings to physicians and participate in quality improvement and accreditation processes.
RDCS (ARDMS) or RCS (CCI); RVT/RVS a plus Successful completion of an accredited ultrasound program 1 year of Cardiac and/or Vascular Ultrasound experience Demonstrated proficiency in strain imaging, 3D echocardiography, Definity contrast, and IV placement Active Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Ability to push/pull heavy medical equipment. Valid Driver’s License Working Conditions: Work is performed at outpatient testing centers, hospitals, clinics, and/or physician office settings with moderate to high patient volume.
